Heatlok Soy 200 Plus®, is our high-performing, versatile spray foam insulation for commercial and residential construction. Our unique formula incorporates recycled plastic bottles and renewable oils to create our high-performing, closed-cell spray foam insulation. Heatlok Soy 200 Plus has a high R-value of 7.4 at 1 inch, and a density of two pounds. This polyurethane insulation combines multiple control layers into a single application, saving both time and money in construction costs. With our innovative technology, Heatlok Soy 200 Plus is developed with 14 % renewable and recycled content, and is the ideal choice for commercial, residential, and multi-family construction.

ECO-PUR® POUR-IN-PLACE
Utilizing Recycled Plastic, Soy Oil, and Zero-Ozone Depleting Agents
Eco-Pur ® PIP (Pour-In-Place) is a rigid, closed-cell, two component, polyurethane foam insulation specifically formulated for pour-in-place applications. It is a two-and-a-half pound density foam with an R-value of 6.5 at 1 inch. This system utilizes the blowing agent Enovate™ 3000 and exhibits good flow characteristics. In addition, Eco-Pur PIP mixes well using either a high or low-pressure application. Eco-Pur PIP is developed with recycled plastic, soy oil, and zero-ozone depletion blowing agents.
As tested at an independent laboratory, Eco-Pur PIP meets the requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard Specification "Code of U.S. Regulation" Navigation and Navigable Waters Article #183-114, and is classified for injection, flotation, insulating panels, and wall cavities.
